What is a Real Estate Investor Trainee?
I was out getting lunch and up returning to my car I had a small note on my window that had a message typed on it. It said “Real Estate Investor Seeks Trainee, $10-20k per month, If you don’t believe it, don’t call” and it also had the number to reach this person(s).
I am not sure what type of work this is other than something to do with real estate and investing. Could someone elaborate more on this specific line of work? Thanks!
Not always are scams, but you cant spect to make that money when you start. What you can learn from a RE Investor is how to buy cheap properties, and re-sell them, what is called wholesaling, or to fix and sell what is called flipping. Both are great and will make you money if you put yourself into it, but only a few people is willing to pay the price.
When you wholesale a property, you buy really cheap, and then find an investor who will buy from you, and close the deal for an assignment of the contract to you for between 3k and 50k. Usually 5k with a small deposit on your contract. Once you learn this, and you forget about 40 hours a week, then you can make that money, even more.
